Our story
Host-san was founded by a team with deep experience working alongside short-term rental operators. After years of supporting listings, portfolios, and guest operations, we kept seeing the same pattern: the properties with the most potential were often held back by one bottleneck — guest communications.
Pre-arrival questions, lockout calls, last-minute changes, and review follow-ups were eating into operators' time and energy, pulling focus away from growth and hospitality. We started Host-san with a clear mission: to remove that bottleneck for STR operators. Today we act as a trained hospitality extension of your brand, using clear processes and the right technology to help hosts and property managers deliver five-star service without burning out.
